The true General Conditions of Implementation referred to in this PMO document determine the terms and conditions under which Spacebox provides a specific Service for you. True PMOs, as well as any Order, together form a Contract for the provision of services for the services used between the parties within the framework of the Services provided.

Any Order implies your full agreement with these PMOs. We ask you to keep a copy of this document, as well as a copy of the transaction agreement concluded in accordance with the provisions of the PMO.

Spacebox reserves the right to change the PMO at any time. The order for the Services that you send in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement is made in accordance with the version of the PMO valid at the time of placing the Order, unless you have already accepted the amendments or an updated version of the PMO that would be transferred to you in accordance with the clauses of the Agreement.

These PMOs prevail over any other agreements reached by email or in writing, including the general terms of the transaction, which were not recorded in writing with a representative of Spacebox. Your acceptance of these PMOs is a prerequisite for receiving the Services provided by Spacebox.
