What to do if the apartment does not have a balcony

Often, apartment owners are engaged in the repair of the balcony in the last turn, because it is hidden from view, used purely functionally and does not in any way reflect the taste of the tenant. However, living without a balcony is not easy. In urban apartments, where every meter counts, balconies serve as storage rooms, drying rooms and even refrigerators in winter. Because what can you do without it?

All problems are solvable. For drying clothes, for example, it seems like it just didn’t sound, they use a tumble dryer. It can be conveniently placed in the laundry room, along with a washing room (or in the bathroom, if the footage allows). They are usually the same size and can be put together. On the floor, it is worthwhile to provide for the tiles and the underfloor heating also to ensure that in this room or adjacent to it there was a window or other ventilation system and air humidity control.
