Attention! This service is provided only to those tourists who have previously signed up for this transfer.
In order to sign up for a transfer, you need to contact the company where you received the cruise.

Registration for a free group transfer from PAC GROUP representatives, the meeting place is on the square at the main entrance to the GALERIA shopping center (address Ligovsky Prospekt 30A – turn left when leaving the Stolichniy railway station).
Departure port address: St. Petersburg, Vasilievsky Peninsula, Michmanskaya Street, Sea Facade port.

Check-in time starts at 15:30. Departure: 19:00 (you must be on board no later than 17:00).
For those who arrive in St. Petersburg earlier than the specified time, we advise you to drop your things in a luggage room at the railway station and take a walk around the town. We ask you not to be late for the transfer, so as not to make other cruise participants wait, otherwise you will have to get to the port yourself.
Upon arrival at the port, you may be asked to get off the bus at the checkpoint and present a cruise ticket. At the border control, your passports with visas will be checked, porters will pick up your luggage at the pier, then you will be registered for the cruise.
At the end of the cruise, you can also use the free group transfer from the port to the Moscow railway station (estimated time of arrival at the station is 12: 00-12: 30).
How to get to the port differently?
Arrival at the port by yourself.
You should not arrive at the port ahead of time, because after registering on the liner it will be impossible to enter the city. At the entrance to the port there is a checkpoint (entrance to the port is 2 km from the terminal). When entering by taxi or personal transport, you must present a cruise ticket and a passport (mourners may not be allowed into the port). The driver of the vehicle and mourners must have a passport.
