Often, in every house there are a lot of small things that need to be hidden somewhere. As usual, shelves and cabinets are not enough for them, since all shelves have long been occupied with other things. Therefore, it is necessary to look for a way out of this situation and we will help you with this. We offer four options on how to make boxes for things.

In today’s stores, you can find an unlimited number of boxes for storing things. But, unfortunately, they are not so cheap, so we suggest you make boxes for storing things with your own hands.

For the manufacture of boxes we need:

unnecessary boxes-self-adhesive-wallpaper-fabric-harness (twine) -black cardboard-black paper-white sheet of paper-simple pencil-scissors-white marker-2-sided adhesive tape-PVA or “Moment” -glue thermal gun.

All boxes are made in the same way. We will glue three boxes, and the fourth will be from twine, on which we will finish our work. A sticker with an inscription on how to make it will also be attached to each of the boxes, we will tell you in the future.

First, glue the box with self-adhesive on all four sides, in one piece so that the joints in the corners are not visible. To do this, we cut out the tape, the size of the width of the box, taking into account the edges for bending from the bottom and inside. We glue the box of self-adhesive, separating the protective paper, and we will glue the boxes of fabric and wallpaper using PVA glue or “Moment” glue.

From the inside of the box we glue in the same way, we just cut out the tape equal to the height of the inside of the box, also taking into account the edges for bending. Glue rectangles of the same size to the bottom. In the same way we will glue the box with cloth and wallpaper.
