Ilya Gutman (31 years old) is sure that the house is not needed to store things in it. From this idea, his MyCell pantry project was born. This is a personal storage service.
The MyCell project appeared on the St. Petersburg market in February two thousand and fifteen. This is a service of personal storage of things in a warehouse: bicycles, skis, seasonal clothes, etc. It works like this: a client orders a box for storage from the company, without the help of others, packs his things in it and gives the MyCell employee who delivers them to the warehouse .

While the service is designed for residents of St. Petersburg and the suburbs. To promote the project in St. Petersburg, expand the fleet of vehicles and enter the Moscow market, Ilya needs investments in the amount of 10 million rubles. The project payback should be 1, 5 – two years. At the moment, 1.5 million rubles of own funds have been invested in it.
The project was presented to investors on the fifth in a row "Startup Exchange".
To replace garages and mezzanines
The idea for a startup took shape in September two thousand fourteen years. In the United States, services for renting storage cells began to be offered back in the 1960s; in Europe, demand for such a service appeared in the 1980s. But Ilya assures that he spied the idea not abroad.
"Garages of Soviet times have already gone into oblivion, but people, unfortunately, continue to store things on balconies, in pantries and on mezzanines, ”he says. – But, removing things from the house not of prime necessity, you can significantly expand the space. After analyzing the market, I found a lot of foreign analogues, which confirmed my idea: this will be in demand".
