Barnaul Airport is an airport located seventeen kilometers from the town of Barnaul, not far from Belokurikha sanatoriums and resorts of the Altai Mountains. It was commissioned on March 12 one thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven years. In one thousand nine hundred and ninety-five, the airport was given the status of an international airport. With two thousand eight years, a new sector has been operating with a capacity of four hundred people per hour.
Check-in starts in 2-3 hours and ends 40 minutes before departure. For passengers of the first and business class, check-in is foreseen. On the second floor of the terminal there is a bar, restaurant, a hall of high comfort and a room for mothers with a child, in which passengers with children under 2 years old and pregnant ladies are served.
There is a hotel right in the airport area. The cost per room per day is one thousand – three thousand two hundred rubles. Luggage storage is available at the airport around the clock. Things are accepted into the storage room in any form, the main thing is that their weight is less than fifty kg and the dimensions do not exceed 50x50x100.
The airport has one class B runway. Initially, it was two thousand meters long, but after reconstruction, one thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight years was two thousand eight hundred meters. With two thousand one years at the airport operates a beacon landing system.
Together with passenger flights, cargo and mail flights are serviced. The airport is capable of receiving the following aircraft models: An-12, An-24, An-26, An-28, AN-30, An-32, An-72, An-74, Il-18, Il-62, Il- 76, IL-86, Yak-40, Yak-42, Tu-134, Tu-154 B (M), Tu-204, Tu-214, A-310, A-319, A-320, B-737, B-757.
